LauncherSign in once and it remembers you. Keep a separate profile for each way you play — your own keybinds, HUD and mods on each — and switch between them without touching a file. Everything it needs to run is already inside, including its own Java.

Base gameMinecraft 1.8.9, the copy you already own, launched from the official files. Nothing is replaced and nothing is patched on disk: Sour Client loads alongside it, so the game you get back by uninstalling is the one you started with.

Every cloak here is a cloak you made. Upload any picture and wear it, and it hangs on an eight-segment cloth simulation, so it folds and swings instead of hovering behind you like a sticker. The built-in designs are free; uploading your own image needs Sour Gold, and every upload is screened before it is stored (see the Content Policy).
