Sour Gold tickets sort above free tickets in the support queue. That is a place in the queue, not a guaranteed response time, and it does not apply to ban appeals — appeals are read against the audit log in the order they arrive, whatever plan you are on.

Your mark starts on the classic gold the day you go Gold. Seven more unlock as you hold it — one month, three, six, a year, two, three, and at five years Prismatic, which is not a fixed colour at all: the mark cycles the whole wheel. Pick any swatch to see it.
